Why is the dude/killer running down the street chasing the girl naked? I haven't seen this movie, so I don't really know, but it looks like an interesting slasher, crime drama with a whole lot of Gene Davis' nakedness. What he didn't count on was a tough police detective to take him out. This man is the law! He was the law, and he was a bad mamma jamma! It's the late Charles Bronson, and it's "10 to Midnight"...
