You know when you hear a song and you think to yourself 'who is this singing this song'? Then, you find out, and you're like 'no way! That doesn't sound anything like them!' Well, that's what I have for you all today. I remember this rather bland ballad from 1989 called "Second Chance." It was a top ten hit climbing all the way to #6, and was the group's highest charting single ever, but most people remember the band for their hits "Hold On Loosely," and "Caught Up in You."
One of the main reasons it doesn't sound like them is because this is the first album with new vocalist and keyboardist Max Carl. The video is black and white and is boring... just like the song. I prefer early 80's 38 Special to this late 80's hit (is that Travis Tritt on guitar? #sarcasm) called "Second Chance"...

I Never Knew There'd Come a Day
Today's featured video has a little bit of everything - some arm wrestling, some groovy dancing, a drunk tatooed up redneck, an old school motel key, some shots of some classic arcade games like Gorf and Asteroids, and one bad ass Southern rock band with sweet hair... here is 38 Special with a classic - "Caught Up in You"...
