Years Gone By, I'd Say We've Kicked Some...

Well, it's our final installment here in The Excellent 80's of our "Motley Crue Mondays" where we've featured the rock and roll icons every Monday through the month of August. Both songs today are featured on the "Dr. Feelgood" album and we start off with a song that cracked the top 30 on the U.S. Billboard charts. Released in 1989, here is the Crue with a song Nikki Sixx wrote after being revived from a drug overdose with two shots of adrenaline to the heart - "Kickstart My Heart"...

Loved the title of this next song, and thought it was a solid effort from the Crue from their Dr. Feelgood album. I remember blaring this cassette single (remember those?) from the stereo of my '84 Camaro in the summer of 1990. From the 1989 album though, here is "Don't Go Away Mad (Just Go Away)"...
