Today's English band had a string of hits overseas from the late 1977 through 1982. They had 18 consecutive top 40 hits in the UK at one point, and today's song was also listed among "Rolling Stones" Top 500 songs of all-time list from 2004 even though it only peaked at #21 in the UK when it was released.
