80's Television

I remember watching today's 80's television flashback about a former Flying Tigers pilot named Jake Cutter who delivered cargo during the late 1930s all over the South Pacific. The show was supposedly on to try and capture those fans of "Raiders of the Lost Ark." The series only last one season with 21 episodes, but I always thought it was a pretty solid effort. Star Stephen Collins eventually hit the tv series jackpot when he landed the role of "Reverend Eric Camden" on the hugely successful series, "7th Heaven." Today's television show from 1982-83 is "Tales of the Gold Monkey."
