It's a #1 hit from 1984 featuring a video where Billy explodes into a puff of smoke - magic! He was in search of a good time just running his game, and love was the furthest thing from his mind, yet, he falls for a queen. Not any queen mind you, but a caribbean one. His dance moves in this video are very Temptations-like if I do say so.
