Burn Out the Day

It's no wonder Blue Oyster Cult couldn't sustain their success past 1981 - a terrible music video can derail any success!  Five years after their most well known single "Don't Fear the Reaper," B.O.C. had this top 40 hit.  The resulting video was a clunker.  'Hey, het's make a video and use a burning car as our backdrop!'  Love it!  I also love the drummer's outfit which you catch a glimpse of towards the end of the video.  At one point that particular day he thought to himself - 'zebra print spandex and a sleeveless purple top!  Yes, that will look awesome!'  A cool song, but a horrible video, from 1981 here is "Burnin' For You"...
