First appearing on MTV in August of 1988, Dr. Dre and Ed Lover co-hosted this masterpiece of television. The very first video ever shown was "Follow the Leader" by Eric B. & Rakim. Since I couldn't embed that video in here (sony or universal sure spoils a lot of fun), I chose this classic Run-DMC video since they co-hosted the very first show with Dre and Ed... Rock Box...
