Evil or Divine?

Today's campy 80's video from the band Dio may have scared you from being in elevators back in the day, because this one jacked up elevator. With fresh electronics and awesome make up jobs, here is another classic Dio song and video - "Last in Line"...

You've Been Down Too Long in the Midnight Sea

I could have done without the first minute of this video which pans through a bunch of tree limbs. Really? Is this supposed to be setting me up for something? Anyway, after that, Italian-American Ronnie James Dio proceeds to wield a rather large sword while singing an early Dio hit. Dio meaning "God" in Italian rocks it today in The Excellent 80's with "Holy Diver"...

When There's Lightening

Surely the producers of today's video could have gone with a less windy day, but it might have left us without one of the 80's great heavy metal outfits... we get a shirtless Ronnie James Dio with a vest, tight jeans, some sort of wrap on his wrist and some furry topped boots that seem to be fairly popular with the ladies these days... anyway, not many men could pull off that look... with one of the great metal songs of all-time, from one of the ugliest singers ever, it's Ronnie James Dio and the band Dio with "Rainbow in the Dark"...
